Your course and its price
The selected group shows the level, total price, first class, number of weeks, weekly duration, capacity and deadline for confirming the start. Standard courses have 12 weekly 90-minute online classes. The group’s published details are the offer you reserve. Books and Min Bro access are included. No payment card is charged by this website.
Reservation and invoice
A reservation holds one place for 72 hours. It is not a payment or confirmation that the course will start. We send an invoice after checking the request. The invoice states the amount, payment reference and due date. A place becomes paid when we record received payment. If the hold expires first, we check capacity again before accepting payment. Do not pay an expired reservation without checking with us.
When the group starts
An unconfirmed group starts only after its stated start condition is met and Norskbro confirms it. You receive a decision by the displayed confirmation deadline. If we cancel, we refund payment for classes not provided. You can choose a different group instead, but we will not move your booking without agreement.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for a service bought remotely, counted from the contract. Send a clear withdrawal message by email; using our withdrawal form is optional. We do not start delivering the service within this period without a separate express request. If early delivery is expressly requested, proportionate payment for services already provided may apply in accordance with the law.
You can withdraw an unpaid reservation at any time. After the withdrawal period, we accept cancellation before the first class without a cancellation fee. Once the course starts, contact us to agree on any unused part; we do not promise automatic refunds for missed classes. Statutory consumer rights always apply.
Teaching and account access
You receive a personal invitation after payment is recorded. Choose your own password and do not share your account. The instructor may adjust activities to the group’s learning needs. The course does not guarantee an official CEFR result and is not an official Norwegian language examination.
Materials are for your own course use. Do not redistribute course books, private messages or other students’ files. Do not record other participants without permission.
Private lessons and questions
A private lesson request is agreed only after approval. The agreed price and time are shown in the confirmation, with payment by invoice. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a lesson.
If something is wrong, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Consumers can also seek mediation through Forbrukertilsynet.
